Business Development and Telephone Sales Manager

If hired you'd market Financial Services to Small to Medium sized businesses. We provide Business Credit Lines to NEW SMALL-MEDIUM sized Businesses. We are the only company doing so. We work with Sub-Prime credit also.

Successful completion of our PAID training would lead to BRANCH MANAGEMENT. We are only looking for assertive, professional individuals who want a long term career.

You can expect the following in terms of COMPENSATION:

First 30 Days: $8-$12/hr Base + Commission

Next 90 Days: Draw (reversible) against Commission + Bonus + Benefits

After That: Minimum base salary of U.S.$60,000 + high commissions + lucrative bonuses + $5,000 signing bonus + medical, dental and vision benefits + pension plan + 4 weeks paid vacation + perks based on your performance.

This position has the potential for advancement to New Business Development Director WITHIN 6 MONTHS - with a minimum base salary of $85K + commissions + overrides + bonuses + medical benefits + pension plan + 4 weeks paid vacation + company car + expense account + other perks + Fully Furnished Business Suite + Secretary - in charge of developing your own sales team of 5-9 Marketing & Sales Executives in your local area . All you need to do is SHOW US what you can do and the rest will take care of itself!

 
 REQUIREMENTS

Duties & Responsibilities: Prospect, negotiate, and sell Business Loans, Merchant Accounts and Lines of Credit to the Small to Medium Sized local businesses. Develop and execute territory sales strategies including identifying all potential clients in key territories, building relationships with those clients, executing cold calls to targeted buyers in target territories, arranging meetings, generating proposals, doing diligent follow-up and closing sales. Responsible for meeting goals as set in weekly sales meetings. Continuous progress counts. Bull and rationalizations do not... Requirements: Applicants with STRONG relationships with local businesses are required. There is NO room for on-the-job-training. If you are lacking in local business relationships, you will not be able to survive with us for more than a week unless you are exceptionally talented and are able to get opportunities going within that period - and by that, we mean generate sales, not just pipelines! Please DO NOT APPLY for this position if you are expecting to HIT THE GROUND HURTING or intend to support yourself on the monthly draw for any period of time. We have no room for fat cat bureaucrats, pretenders, amateurs, and talkers. We are only seeking PROVEN TOP PERFORMERS and that means we expect you to have an extensive rolodex of contacts in order to develop solid pipelines during your very first week on the job and to generate sales during the first 1-2 weeks. Are you up to the task? Must have Strong and Proven sales experience, preferably in selling financial products and services, as well as knowledge of your local market. Must be a team player - providing accurate management feedback, as well as being able to operate independently with little support; and be comfortable interfacing with business owners. Must be extremely reliable, a self-starter, focused, determined, resourceful and organized and be able to hit the ground running. Have knowledge of computer. Have excellent written and verbal communication skills. A B.A. degree is desirable. An MBA is a big plus.
