internship and graduation, a permanent position in

INTERNSHIP
DESCRIPTION:
The
duties and responsibilities of an Intern at our
finance company include assisting the CEO in the
Business Acquisition Process, including but not
limited to:
·
identifying the targets,
·
gathering the basic selection data,
·
assisting the CEO in acquisition negotiation
·
preparing acquisition proposals,
·
negotiation with lending sources,
·
preparing legal structures, and as far as minimizing
tax consequences
·
hiring management team for target companies
EXPENSES
ACCOUNT AND STIPEND:
- First
60 days NO PAY-
- After
first 60 days stipend plus expenses

internship and graduation
