Design Business Projects and Evaluate viability: due-diligence and production estimates. Develop RETscreen models. Calculate Internal Rate of Return, Return on Investment and Net Present Value. Perform sensitivity analysis, review capacity factors and agreements including Power Purchase, Implementation, and land lease. Develop Work Breakdown Structures, critical paths, Request for Proposals and bids, license applications, contractual and guarantee arrangements. Structure recourse and non-recourse finance with advance modeling techniques; gather inputs and define specifications for financial models to establish value/pricing and turnkey project pricing; structure Private Offerings.

The position requires a Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Management. A multisource education for equivalency is acceptable. 40 hours/week. Job/interview Site: Los Angeles, CA
